Ju-Jutsu, which literally means “gentle art,” is a Japanese self-defense art that allows one to control or disable an attacker.

One uses the opponent’s strength and/or aggression to eliminate him or her.
A whole basis of throwing, clamping, choking, parrying, releasing, control, kicking, pressing and striking techniques are taught in Ju-Jutsu / Self-defense in order to defend themselves more efficiently.

Sports Ju-Jutsu has developed significantly in recent years. By introducing the Randori (practice fight), the learned techniques are applied in a fight. At this level of sport, a number of dangerous techniques have been dropped so that the safety of the practitioner is guaranteed and the practitioner can test the learned techniques in practical situations.

Our “Ju-Jutsu / Sports Ju-Jutsu / Self-defense” department aims to group the different self-defense styles. To work together so that we can strive for correct and efficient self-defense techniques, where art and sport coexist peacefully without neglecting or ignoring traditional values.

Natural harmony between body and mind, in which self-discipline, control of techniques, control of the body, inner peace and mutual respect form a mutual basis among the practitioners.
