Wrestling
This section includes all wrestling forms and styles.
There are two styles in wrestling:
- The Greco-Roman
- The free style.
In the Greco-Roman style, only the upper body may be worked, i.e. the arms, torso and head, while in the free style the legs may also be used.
Actions that cause pain or injury are STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
There is often a confusion of concepts between wrestling and catch.
Catch is a comedy play, which can be compared to a play; Each part is carefully rehearsed and the winner is therefore known in advance.
Wrestling, on the other hand, is a matter of thinking carefully, reacting quickly and using a good dose of technique; there is individual wrestling.
But usually there is also a ranking per best team on country, which depends on the results achieved by each individual wrestler.
A wrestler is classified into certain weight classes. Therefore, each tournament must be weighed to determine in which series the tournament will take place.
